Another Tecate Update

Progress on the buildings in Tecate is continuing very quickly. The pictures below show that many of the buildings are nearly complete, while others are still in the middle stages of construction. This past week, a group of high school students worked at the site and were led by a team of PLNU student leaders. This group was in coordination with PLNU’s YouthWorks short-term missions program which involves high school students in short term mission trips and gives college students the chance to lead these teams. This group provided much needed help to the ongoing building process. Help is still needed for the completion of these homes, and if you’re interested in helping out, please let us know.

Thesewo dormitories and bathroom are receiving some finishing touches on their plumbing and electrical fixtures and are nearing completion

This room just needs dry wall on the ceiling and light fixtures to be complete

There is much excitement over the fact that many of the buildings are nearing completion
