So what has been accomplished in 9 weeks???

Let me briefly take you back to the beginning…

Mid May, the foundations were not yet poured.

First group of volunteers arrive at the Tecate campground.

The foundations are poured using a new strategy, cut blocks will mold the foundation.

Week one ends and building are up to 8 feet!

... 3 weeks pass and the building have roofs are being sprayed with plaster...

Four weeks pass and the two bedroom house is slowly being built. This house will be the “Signature House” for Lazarian World Homes. Its steps are being recorded so they can illustrate and be a model for future buildings. This house is also mainly in the hands of Alejandro a local volunteer that will later serve as a supervisor for the coming Mexico LWH constructions.


After eight weeks, Seven of the buildings have roofs, insulation, and have ceilings.

The bathrooms have toilets and showers.

Take a view for your self. This is the four classroom building.

The classroom is receiving finishing touches such as side walks…
